With over 15 years of bartending experience and a resume that includes Canon: Whiskey and Bitters Emporium, Pegu Club, and Amor y Amargo, Sean has been able to learn from some of the best drink makers in the industry and has become an accomplished and adept mixologist in his own right. As the head bartender at the two-Michelin-star Gabriel Kreuther, Sean Johnson made cocktail menus that caught international attention.
